- Be Ecuadorian by birth, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and the Organic Law of Personnel and Discipline of the Armed Forces.
- Be of legal age until 21 years 11 months and 30 days, at the date of entry into military training school.
- Possess a bachelor's degree, for which you must present the Certificate of Bachelor's Degree and Title, endorsed by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador.
- Not having been discharged from active service of the Armed Forces or National Police.
