In a ceremony held in Quito, the Ecuadorian Air Force celebrated his anniversary 101 together with government authorities and special guests.
With the presence of the first president, Guillermo Lasso; ministers of state, ambassadors, the high command of the FF.AA. and civil and military authorities, last Wednesday 27 October, At 11:00 a.m., the Military Ceremony was held in commemoration of the 101 years of Creation of the National Aviation and Day of the Ecuadorian Air Force.
The anniversary 101 of the Ecuadorian Air Force
During this event, three colonels were promoted to the rank of brigadier general, the collective oath of the twenty-seventh class of aspiring specialist officers and the seventy-first class of Weapons and Technician cadets of the Military Aviation School.
What's more, the National Institute of Cultural Heritage – INPC delivered to the FAE, the declaration as a patrimonial asset of the plane Telegraph I, airplane that led to the beginning of aviation in our country more than a century ago.
What's more, the US Drug Enforcement Administration. – DEA made the imposition of the Decoration of Institutional Merit "Shield of the DEA" to the Standard of the FAE, in recognition of his determined support in the control of drug trafficking.
