American Airlines, the largest airline since the USA toward Latin America and the Caribe, will increase seating capacity by a 10% compared to winter 2022 with more flights.

The airline American announces its winter schedule of 2023 for the Caribbean and Latin America. With two new routes and expanded frequencies in 21 routes, American will cement its position as the leading nonstop airline between USA and Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America.

More flights from Charlotte

From 5 from December, American will expand service in 10 routes from charlotte (CLT) that operate during the winter. Customers will have more options to choose from with a 40% more than seats available from CLT to Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America compared to the winter of 2022.

More ways to travel to Mexico

From 9 from December, American will launch a new non-stop service to Cancun, Mexico (WITH A) from nashville, Tennessee (BNA) and Cincinnati (CVG). The BNA and CVG service will operate on Saturdays until March. These new routes will complement the more than 35 airline peak day flights to cancun, including the most recent announcement of a second daily service from Austin, Texas (THE END), from 5 of November.

American also plans to increase service to seven popular destinations in Mexico from Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), offering more than 50 daily departures from DFW to Mexico.

American will strengthen the status of Miami (MY) as the largest gateway between the United States and Latin America and the Caribbean with the most departures this winter. More than 140 daily departures to 70 Destinations, American offers industry-leading hours and a variety of destinations for travelers to explore all the region has to offer. Building on recently announced long distance growth to Buenos Aires, Argentina (EZE) and Rio de Janeiro (GIG), American to increase service to popular vacation destinations.
