APEX gathered anonymous passenger opinions based on neutral third-party feedback. for the prizes 2023, nearly one million flights were rated by passengers over 600 airlines around the world using a scale of up to five stars. Passengers made anonymous ratings in five subcategories: Seat Comfort, Cabin Service, Catering, Inflight entertainment and Wi-Fi.
What do these recognitions mean??
With an eye on the customer, the teams of LATAM have worked hard seeking to offer a careful and consistent on-board experience throughout the entire process of interaction with the brand, from choosing the flight to baggage claim.
In the case of comfort on board, the group has invested more than US$500 million to date in an extensive cabin renovation project, which includes the installation of brand new seats. These are selected through a rigorous process to achieve the greatest comfort, highlighting special features such as additional recline, headrest with six-axis movements, among other.
