Last 14 Ultra Air made its inaugural flight in Colombia and thus becomes the ninth regular airline in the country, AMBROSE Airlines, through its legal representative, requested the National Civil Aviation Council to grant an Operating Permit for the provision of air transportation service., public, international, not regular, in charter mode, exclusive charging, to operate in the following markets:
- North America: United States of America, United States of Mexico, Canada Central America: Belice, Costa Rica Republic, Republic of El Salvador, Republic of Guatemala, Republic of Honduras, Nicaragua Republic, Republic of Panama.
- Caribe: Old and bearded, Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Netherlands Antilles, English West Indies, Barbados, Republic of Cuba, Granada, Republic of Haiti, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Lucia, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
- South America: Federative Republic of Brazil, Argentina republic, Plurinational State of Bolivia, the Republic of Chile, Republic of Colombia, Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Republic of Paraguay, Republic of Peru, Republic of Suriname, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
The aircraft that the airline could operate with are Boeing 737; Boeing 747; Boeing 757: Boeing 767: Airbus A 319/320 and Airbus A330 are in Dry mode / Wet Lease. The maintenance and operations base will be located in the Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport.
