The airline United Airlines announced a new expansion in Colombia, by adding new flights between Houston and Medellin (Black river).
United announced that it is expanding its global route network, adding new non-stop flights between New York/Newark—Marrakesh, Morocco; Tokyo/Narita—Cebu, Philippines and Houston–Medellín, Colombia*. United will also increase its flights to popular destinations around the world, What Hong Kong; seoul, South Korea; and Porto, Portugal. further, the airline will add four weekly flights between The Angels y Shanghai, since the Chinese and American governments recently agreed to increase flights between both countries.
United announces flights to Medellín
United now has the largest and most diversified international route network among U.S. airlines, offering non-stop flights to 134 international destinations in 67 countries. United offers more flights to more destinations around the Atlantic and Pacific than all US airlines combined.
In addition to flying to the most popular international destinations, United has been a pioneer in taking its customers to off-the-beaten-path places around the world — including flights to nine destinations no other airline offers since USA, like Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Christchurch, New Zealand; Dubrovnik, Croatia and more.

Tickets for United's new flights to Shanghai and Cebu are now on sale in the United app and on United.com; routes to Marrakech and Medellin They will be available in the coming weeks.
Nueva York/Newark—Marrakesh, Morocco
next winter, United will have the most flights to the most destinations in Africa from the metropolitan area of New York and will be the only airline that will connect directly to USA with Marrakech with the new service from New York/Newark, from 24 October. The flight will be offered three times a week on a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, equipped with 46 Polaris Business® seats and 22 Premium Plus® to offer options for a better travel experience.
This new service expands the presence of United in Africa, adding to the airline's existing services to Accra, Ghana; Lagos, Nigeria; and Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa.
Tokyo/Narita—Cebu, Philippines
United expands presence in the Philippines with new year-round nonstop service from Tokio-Narita, from 31 of July. United will be the only US airline to fly to Cebu with daily flights on planes 737-800, that will have convenient connections from United flights from San Francisco, The Angels, Denver, Newark/New York and Houston to Tokyo-Narita. United is the only US airline offering transpacific service to the Philippines with daily flights between San Francisco and Manila, and also flies to Manila from Guam and Palau.
Houston-Medellin, Colombia
For the first time, United will fly non-stop to Medellín, Colombia, with daily service from Houston on Boeing aircraft 737, from 27 October. This new route expands United's presence in Colombia, complementing existing service from Houston and Newark to Bogota. Total, United will fly to 52 destinations in Latin America from Houston.
