Spirit Aviation Holdings, Inc., announced that Spirit has emerged from its financial restructuring under Chapter 11, completing a consensual deleveraging transaction that capitalizes approximately $795 millions of financed debt.

How glad I Spirit overcome that bad moment, I ask you if Spirit will fly again to Guayaquil and since when, I miss my favorite airline in which I have traveled to Ecuador and vice versa for more than 17 times from 2017 And I would like to resume another flight in May that I go on vacation, I am a legal permanent resident and work here in New Jersey.
