ASQ Awards are based on the aviation industry's most comprehensive and trusted global measurement program for airport experience. This unique program collects real-time feedback from travelers through live surveys at airports around the world. Its rigorous methodology ensures an accurate representation of a wide range of passenger experiences, making it the only survey that allows fair comparisons between airports.
Year 2024 marked a milestone for the ASQ program, With almost 700.000 surveys completed and more than half of the world's travelers passing through an ASQ-rated airport, underscoring the program's critical role in defining global service standards. They surrendered 181 ASQ awards, a record, a 95 airports around the world, in recognition of its commitment to exceptional passenger experience.
