LATAM Airlines already sells the return of the route between Santiago de Chile and Quito with four direct flights a week.
Tickets for the new direct Quito–Santiago route are now available for sale from this 20 June 2026. Direct flights from Santiago to Quito restart in December

- Flight LA624 takes off from Santiago at 18:00 hours and lands in Quito at 21:45 hours after 4 hours and 45 flight minutes.
- On Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Flight LA625 takes off from Quito at 23:00 hours and lands back in Santiago at 05:00 hours after 5 flight hours.
- On Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturdays and Sundays.
