These are the new ones requirements that the government has arranged to enter Brazil by air, applying from the end of December.

- RT-PCR test examination (Covid-19)
- With a negative result / non-reactive, carried out within the 72 hours before departure; This procedure is valid for anyone over the age of 12 years;
- Children two years of age or older and children under twelve traveling alone must present a document proving that they have completed a negative RT-PCR laboratory test. / non-reactive.
- Traveler health declaration (DSV)
- The document will be available in three languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English, with a link for each language;
- The access links will be available on the Anvisa Portal: https://formulario.anvisa.gov.br/
- The traveler must pre-register, with name, surnames and email in the preferred language link. Later, the system will automatically resend an email with a new link that will give you access to the form. Before you start filling out the form, The traveler must agree with the sanitary conditions that are presented.
- After completing the form, the traveler must click send. If you wish, the traveler's responses can be printed. In the end, the traveler will receive a new email confirming the completion of the DSV;
- Must be completed within the last 72 hours before departure to Brazil;
- All travelers (passengers or crew), regardless of age and nationality, must complete the form;
- For minors 18 years, Your person responsible is the one who must complete and send the form;
- To check-in (Pre boarding), The traveler must present to the air transport operator the document that certifies the completion of the DSV, in print or digital form, received on registered email.
- Enabling immigration documents such as citizenship card, passport or visa depending on the situation of each nationality.
