Since the end of June 2022, the airport Barcelona will have direct flights with Punta Cana and Cancún thanks to the airline Iberojet. Photo Iñaki Calvopiña.
From 26 June 2022 and for the first in its history, Iberojet, Ávoris Business Corporation airline, will link Barcelona airport with those of Punta Cana and Cancún on direct flights with a weekly frequency to each destination.
These new links arise as a result of the demand that the Catalan travel agencies have been addressing to Ávoris for 2021. Avoris, Through its tour operation brands and its airline Iberojet, it is capable of combining the existing demand for its 5,65 millions of customers together with its expert knowledge of the market and the ability to offer new trips according to the wishes of each traveler.
For this reason, the first flight to Cancún will take place on friday 26 June 2022 and the next day the one that has Punta Cana as its destination. This operation, which is part of the vacation offer of Ávoris Travelplan tour operators, Chelonea and Jolidey, will end the 11 September for Cancun and the 12 for Punta Cana.
These flights will be operated with a modern Airbus A330neo last generation; equipped with the greatest comforts and with individual entertainment systems, in addition to a careful selection of food on board, make flying with Iberojet make a difference in the experience of transcontinental flights.
