  1. New aerosolíinternational neas that enter Ecuador for the first time and fly internationally to airports that areén administered by the Directorateón General of Aviationón Civil; and, Those who have been delegated to the Administrationón local and have not concessioned to a private.
  2. Aerolíinternational neas that currently operate in Ecuador, and that open a new international route with new frequencies to airports that areén administered by the Directorateón General of Aviationón Civil; and, Those who have been delegated to the Administrationón local and have not concessioned to a private.
