Iberia will add four more flights to its current offer, thus increasing its pre-pandemic capacity with an offer of more than 300.000 seats to Mexico.

The airline has scheduled for this winter the same capacity that it offered before the pandemic thanks to, above all, to the relaunch of its last routes in Latin America (Rio de Janeiro and Caracas), to bet on USA and to a greater deployment of flights in its short and medium haul network.

Iberia recovers all its flights to Mexico

With three daily flights, Mexico City will be the metropolis with the most frequencies of all the destinations of Iberia; a firm commitment by the airline to this strategic market that will reinforce its leadership in Latin America, reaching 21 weekly frequencies.

The schedules of these flights are as follows and are already on sale on the airline's website:

In Mexico, thanks to the recently signed codeshare agreement with the Mexican company Viva Aerobus, Iberia has expanded its network of connections within the country to other 19 cities like Guadalajara, Cancún, Monterrey, Veracruz, Merida, Tampico, Vallarta Port, Los Cabos, Tuxtla Gutierrez, Tijuana, Hermosillo, oaxaca, Huatulco, Keep, hidden port, Juarez City, Peace, Chetumal and Mazatlan.

The increased operation will favor the flow of travelers and improve connectivity between both sides of the Atlantic, while in Europe, the airline will deploy even more capacity than in the winter of 2019 with a commitment to both more corporate and holiday markets.

The flights are operated with state-of-the-art aircraft Airbus A-350-900, a 35 percent more efficient in terms of fuel consumption equipped with two Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines and with the capacity to 348 passengers.

Its three cabins -configured for 31 business passengers, 24 in Economy Premium and 293 in Tourist- offer a series of features that improve the customer experience on board such as: high speed wifi, a greater sensation of space or an advanced air renewal system in the cabin, among other.

The airline has also renewed its experience on board, which is accompanied by the premiere of the uniform designed by Teresa Helbig.
