The arrival of a new airline is approaching Ecuador. After having formally requested regular international flights, Arajet put on sale its flights to Quito and Guayaquil who begin in november.
There will be five weekly flights that will connect for the first time by a Dominican airline directly on a regular basis to Ecuador and Dominican Republic, opening a great tourist destination for Ecuadorians and also, a growing network of connecting destinations in the nascent hub at the International Airport of the Americas Dr.. Jose Francisco Pena Gomez.
This will be the Arajet flights to Quito and Guayaquil

Schedules and frequencies
Regarding the schedules and frequencies, the flights will operate as follows:
Flights to Guayaquil
The operation to Guayaquil will start on 3 November 2022 the days thursday and saturday 3 hours and 45 minutes:
- Flight DM3550 takes off from Santo Domingo at 16:00 hours and lands in Guayaquil at 18:45 hours.
- Flight DM3551 takes off from Guayaquil at 19:30 hours and lands back in Santo Domingo at 00:25 hours.
Flights to Quito
The operation to Quito will start on 2 November 2022 the days Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes:
- Flight DM3880 takes off from Santo Domingo at 16:00 hours and lands in Quito at 18:15 hours.
- Flight DM3881 takes off from Quito at 19:00 hours and lands back in Santo Domingo at 23:15 hours.

very good route , very good destination , vivi 6 years in Santo Domingo and I always get the scale in Panama and pay from 800 a 1200 dollars a ticket , There is no excuse not to visit the Dominican Republic, and as an alternative, this Caribbean ferries for 30 dollars take him to San Juan Puerto Rico to shop at the outlets on the island.
