The airline JetSMART Colombia announced its first international flights to Punta Cana from Cali and Medellin.

- The flight JA5830 bound for Punta Cana leaves Medellín on Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:45 a.m. and land at 11:25 a.m.
- For the return, the flight JA5831 part of Punta Cana to the 1:50 p.m. the Monday, thursday and sunday, and arrives in Medellín at 3:31 p.m.
From Cali (CLO) to Punta Cana (PUJ):
- Start of Operations: From 7 from December to 2025.
- The flight JA5834 towards Punta Cana leaves Cali at 9:03 a.m. the Monday, friday and sunday, and lands at 1:00 p.m.
- For the return, the flight JA5835 leaves Punta Cana at 12:15 p.m. the Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays, and arrives in Cali at 2:15 p.m.
Both routes will be operated with the modern fleet of aircraft Airbus A320neo, known for their fuel efficiency and design that allows a quieter and more comfortable flight experience for passengers.
