This transaction was made with the authorization of the Market Power Control Superintendency (SCPM), so that, from tuesday 6 September of 2022, Vladimir Muñoz Barbieri, General Manager of Talma Ecuador, will hold the position of Executive Director of GENERALAIR S.A..
Talma is the Peruvian airport services company, founded in 1992, which operates in fifty airports in Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador, serving more than 30 airlines providing ramp services, load, attention to passengers, online maintenance, executive aviation, among others.
