The frequencies toward Galapagos who had previously been assigned to Galapagos Air Ways and Aeroregional have been redistributed by the CNAC.

  • A (1) WEEKLY FREQUENCY TO SAN CRISTOBAL
• AVIANCA ECUADOR S.A..
  • A (1) WEEKLY FREQUENCY TO BALTRA
  • A (1) WEEKLY FREQUENCY TO SAN CRISTOBAL

It should be noted, that each of the three aforementioned airlines must previously request from the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, the modification of its operating permits complying with the procedure in the Operating Permits Regulation.

Finally, the authority made an appeal for the companies to consider continuing to work on national connectivity in order to operate points that are not currently being served, especially the points: Quito-Macas, Quito-Lago Agrio, Basin-Manta, Quito-Esmeraldas-Cali, Quito-Santa Rosa (although this route already the Aeroregional opera); and Guayaquil-Loja.
