Cayman Airways Limited has announced that its growing route map of international destinations will include Panama, Central America, this summer when the airline resumes nonstop flights between Grand Cayman and the Tocumen International Airport (PTY), from 26 June 2023.

The Chairman and CEO of Cayman Airways, Mr. Fabian Whorms, said that Cayman Airways is delighted to return to the vibrant and modern city of Panama and affirmed:

Mr. Whorms said the airline is also focusing on the cargo potential of the route., since the Colon Free Zone in Panama provides meaningful merchandise distribution, allowing more alternatives for merchandise imported into the Cayman Islands.
