How do Skytrax rewards work??
The World Airline Awards are independent and impartial and were introduced into 1999 to provide a truly global customer satisfaction study. Travelers around the world vote in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine award winners.
Skytrax pays all the costs of the Survey and Awards event, and airlines do not pay any registration or registration fees. There are no charges for the use of the logos and results of the prize.
The online customer survey was conducted since September 2023 until May 2024. The customer survey is provided in English, French, español, rushing, japanese and chinese. More of 100 customer nationalities participated in the survey 2023/2024. Survey entries are analyzed to identify IP and user information, and all duplicate entries are eliminated, suspicious or not eligible. More of 350 airlines appear in the final results of the award.
