The airline Aeroregional authorized to fly to its new domestic destinations in Lproduct (Catamayo) and the Coke, with what it will add 6 destinations in Ecuador.
The newest of the Ecuadorian domestic airlines is about to increase its destinations in the country, the aeronautical authority approved that Aeroregional fly to more destinations.
After the postponement due to the situation of Unemployment in Ecuador, Start of flights from Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport to Santa Rosa Regional Airport, the airline can now start flights to Catamayo in the province of Loja and to El Coca in the province of Orellana.
The modification of the operating permit specifies that the airline will operate under the following conditions to these two destinations:
- Quito – Catamayo – Quito with up 12 weekly frequencies.
- Quito – The Coca – Quito with up 7 weekly frequencies.
These flights are added to the up to 10 weekly frequencies in operation in the triangulation Cuenca – Quito – Guayaquil and to the 2 frequencies between Quito and Santa Rosa (pending inauguration).
The domestic competition in Ecuadorian market continues to grow, thus Aeroregional will enter to compete in the Catamayo City Airport with the 15 weekly frequencies of Tame EP and at the El Coca Airport with the 13 weekly frequencies of Tame EP and 5 weekly frequencies of Avianca Ecuador.
