United Airlines announces the largest international expansion in its history with 13 new routes and presents its new Airbus A321XLR as a growth star.

The American airline will add 10 new international destinations and three new intercontinental routes starting in the summer of 2027, supported by the incorporation of the new Airbus A321XLR to your long-range fleet.

United Airlines has presented the largest international network expansion in the company's annals.   • Olbia (OLB), Sardinia, Italy: Three weekly frequencies on Boeing 767-300ER from 27 May 2027.

Strengthening the transatlantic and transpacific network

In addition to the ten new cities, the company will increase its global connectivity at key points of its network:

  • The Angels (LAX) – Osaka (KIX), Japan: Daily service from 27 march 2027, making United the only airline connecting Osaka to two continental US cities. UU. (joining San Francisco).

Debut del Airbus A321XLR: the new era of long-range single-aisle flight

The key pillar of this transatlantic expansion is the arrival of Airbus A321XLR, nicknamed «Born to Explore». The Airbus A321XLR will begin operating on select US domestic routes.
