Philippine Airlines (PAL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airbus for the purchase of nine A350-1000.
Under Philippine airline's Ultra Long Haul Fleet project, the A350-1000 will operate non-stop services from Manila to North America, including the east coast of USA and Canada.
The A350 it is the most modern and efficient wide-body aircraft in the world and has set new standards for intercontinental travel. It offers the longest range capability of any commercial aircraft in production today and is capable of flying 8.700 nautical miles o 16.100 non-stop kilometers.
