Colombian airline Wingo announced a new international route that will connect Bogota with flights to Montego Bay on Jamaica.

- Operation Dates: The flights will take place between 18 from December to 2025 and the 26 of January of 2026.

- Bogota – Montego Bay takes off at 12:15 pm and land at 3:03 pm after 2 hours and 28 flight minutes.
- Montego Bay takes off at 4:03 pm and land at 6:51 pm after 2 hours and 48 flight minutes.

Jorge Jimenez, Commercial and Planning Vice President of Wingo, He stated that this announcement is special because "we reveal that Bogotá -Montego Bay is now our new international route. “We are proud to be the only airline that will fly directly from Bogotá to this Caribbean paradise”.
For his part, the Minister of Tourism of Jamaica, Edmund Bartlett, He stated that the agreement with Wingo represents an “important step in our strategy to increase the arrival of visitors from Latin America.”

The opening of this route responds to the strong and sustained interest of Colombian travelers in the destination.. According to him Jamaica Tourism Board, arrivals of Colombian citizens to Jamaica increased by 32.3% on 2024 in comparison with 2023.
This growth trend accelerated further in the first half of 2025 (January–June), where additional growth of the 25.2% interannual.
