Avianca announced that it is increasing frequencies from Ecuador on their flights from Quito and Guayaquil toward Buenos Aires, Argentina and will also operate towards airport.

The airline Avianca announced the increase in frequencies on two direct routes that will continue to strengthen the international connectivity of Ecuador. from the next 16 from December, the clients of Avianca They will be able to enjoy six flights a week between Guayaquil and Buenos Aires and, from the 19 of the same month, will operate with six weekly frequencies between Quito and Buenos Aires.

Avianca increases flights to Buenos Aires from Ecuador

The flights will be operated on airplanes Airbus A320 with capacity for 180 passengers, and will have two additional weekly frequencies on each route. Avianca will fly to Aeroparque, too

Avianca announced that it continues to strengthen connectivity between Colombia and Argentina with the launch of the new route between the Bogotá El Dorado Airport and the Jorge Newbery International Airport in Buenos Aires.

Avianca will operate three additional frequencies between Bogotá and Buenos Aires (airport), with its fleet of A320 aircraft with capacity for 180 passengers, which will represent more than 1.080 more chairs a week to connect between both cities.

  1. I wonder why flights between Quito and Santiago or Sao Paulo have not been resumed. He believes that Avianca will seek these markets from Ecuador in the medium term? Latam?

    1. Hi Carlos, It's a good question and I'm sure it all depends on the demand, which I would think right now is not as strong as it was in the past. 2019 when GOL opened the route. I remain confident that GOL will return to Quito in the short term – medium term.
