Air Canada announced the strategic expansion of its network towards holiday destinations, which includes four new routes from Toronto and Montreal to Monterrey and Los Cabos in Mexico and La Romana and Fort-de-France in the Caribe.
The airline is also deploying a substantial increase in capacity from its Vancouver hub to winter holiday destinations such as Mexico, Miami, Phoenix, Las Vegas and San Diego, and additional coast-to-coast flights to popular Florida winter vacation destinations, Mexico and the Caribbean.
New routes
Air Canada anticipates an increase in capacity 11 percent from 2022 and plans to operate eight percent more than its pre-pandemic schedule. 2019. Air Canada becomes the only Canadian airline to offer flights between Canada and Monterey, the third largest metropolis in Mexico that is home to business headquarters and business interests, as well as cultural historical attractions, artistic and architectural. The flights have been programmed for convenient connections between Monterrey and Europe through Air Canada's global hub in Toronto.
